Since it is designed for a back or neck sleeper I wake up without pain. Other pillows seem too high whereas this one gently slopes down in the back to accommodate your head. Other pillows will cause my head to tilt away from the pillow and crimp my neck. Worth the purchase to me. (Posted on 8/11/2020)

I cried a little from relief when I laid my head on this pillow. For the first time in a while my neck felt aligned and pain-free. I'm a side sleeper and lay toward the corner of the higher side. The different contours are for different sleep positions. It's much softer than I expected a memory foam pillow to be, but regardless it's changing my life.
There is a chemical smell at first, so plan to let it air out for a day or so before using. (Posted on 8/9/2020)

I've been dealing with bad neck pain, and I ordered this out of desperation and its been a life saver! It's really helped my sleep quality. I am a side-sleeper and this has been great for that, and it's also very comfortable while sleeping on my back. I was debating between a few different pillows and I'm so glad I went with this one! Amazing pillow! I have used this pillow for a week now and I can confidently say that my sleep has been improved. I like to sleep on the higher pillow and the height is perfect for me. I can ONLY sleep on my back & needed to replace my long time, memory foam back sleeping pillow. I read tons of reviews,websites,I Googled lists about what is the best pillow for back sleepers.

The memory foam and the covering are super soft. Amazing customer service. Ive only used my first one for two weekd and I can definitely tell an improvement in my neck tension and Im sleeping through the night with it. Im a side sleeper but the few times Ive tried it out in my back it was comfortable that way too. Ive only tried the softer version out one night but cant tell much difference between the two but I will say they are a lot softer than memory foam by tempurpedic. This pillow is great. I've had constant neck pain for the past few months, and this pillow contours to your neck so well that I don't think I can go back to a normal pillow.
I'm a petite person, and I'll personally alternate between the firm pillow (for when I want to sleep on my side) and soft pillow (for when I want to sleep on my back), and it works. I haven't had crazy neck pain since then. (Posted on 10/17/2019)

I've been in two major car accidents and suffer from chronic neck pain. Before I switched to this pillow I had been using two Beauty Rest pillows I had picked up as a two pack from TJ Maxx for $24 because the pillow before that was worn out and was very rough on my face. It was a standard poly fill, no support and seemed to clump on separate sides of the pillow frequently. I eventually started experiencing pain that was worsening and I'd wake up with headaches, neck and back pain. I started looking at pillows to get that'll support my neck and head better and this pillow stuck out with its consistently yet positive reviews.

The pillowcase is very soft, I wouldn't worry about it feeling abrasive. Under the pillowcase there's another case that you can unzip that has the foam. If this pillow feels too high you can remove the insert. The contoured area feels the best for my neck but a few times I've rolled out of that area with no neck pain. It's still too early to say but after two nights, I can say that my neck pain has been decreasing and this pillow is worth the $36. (Posted on 5/27/2019)

It’s a very high quality pillow design to support cervical spine. Customer service is extremely prompt and helpful. I am used to very soft down pillow, so it took a while to get used to memory foam. Kid you not; purchased this product for my wife, dad, and now myself. Wife is a side and back sleeper, and has had bad neck pains for months. Same with my dad. Both of them love this pillow and sleep more comfortably; plus, neck pain is gone. Have also recommended it to friends with same neck issues. I’m mainly a stomach sleeper and sometimes side; just need to flip it around when I’m sleeping on my stomach but still really comfortable. The curvature which cradles your neck is excellent and relieves all the tension that would otherwise be had by a generic pillow. I personally take out the removable strip of cushion on the opposite side because i like less firmness. Its excellent. I can sleep any way on it too and it feels supportive, especially of the neck. I purchased the pillow to help with shoulder and neck pain that I've had for a few years. When I got it I loved it for sleeping on my stomach, but I mostly sleep on my back and side so I reached out to their customer service for additional inserts. Within hours Lisa replied asking for some additional info to send the inserts. Then within 24 hours she had sent me tracking info, and a tip for using a rolled towel while I waited. I've been using both inserts for a few days now and I haven't woken up so pain free in months!
